How long will it take to receive my new dinnerware?

If the items you’ve ordered are in stock, we will ship your order within two business days after the date you placed your order. Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex Ground which takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive at your destination. Extra time and shipping fees may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other countries.

If the items you’ve ordered are out of stock, we will make those items especially for you. Manufacturing time may take two to four weeks. HF Coors will notify you if we are making your items for you and give you an estimated ship date.

Once your order has shipped, HF Coors will notify you including tracking information. Therefore, it is very important that you give us accurate email and phone number information when you place your order so that we can keep in contact with you.

Expedited methods of shipping may be available at additional costs. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know in the Comments field of your order form. When we receive your order, we will determine the extra shipping fees and contact you for approval of the additional charges for expediting before we ship your order

What are my shipping carrier options?

We will select the best carrier for your purchase and location when we receive your order. Our standard carrier is Fed Ex. We can also ship UPS and USPS Priority Mail (to PO Boxes)

If you have special shipping requirements, or would like to have your shipment expedited, please let us know in the Comments field of your order form, and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

Expedited shipping charges will be calculated when your order is processed in our office. At that time we will contact you for approval of the additional charges before we ship your order.

What if my order is damaged in shipping?

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us by phone at 1-800-782-6677 or by clicking here to notify us by email. We will make the necessary arrangements to replace the damaged ware. Please save all packaging materials so the items can be returned to us and, if necessary inspected by the carrier company.

Does HF Coors ship outside of the USA?

Yes. Please contact us by clicking here if you would like to ship to a country other than the USA and we will try to accommodate your needs. Extra time and shipping fees may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other countries.

What if I change my mind and would like to return the dinnerware?

You may return your dinnerware for any reason, within 30 days of receiving it. HF Coors will give you a full refund on the dinnerware (returned in original condition) minus original shipping costs to your location. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well.

Please note: The $12 shipping fee you were charged for your order is a reduced rate we extend to our internet customers as a courtesy. Please understand the actual shipping fee our company is charged is more expensive than $12. We gladly accept returns, but customers will be responsible for return packaging and shipping costs, with expectations we receive the returned merchandise in original condition. Furthermore, the actual cost of shipping to the customer, which we will be glad to disclose, will be deducted from the original charges and the balance will be credited back to your account. Please note: If you would like to see HF Coors dinnerware before placing your entire order, you may order a sample. Samples are available at minimal cost and can save time and money during your decision process vs. ordering all pieces sight unseen. Colors may vary on computer screens. True color, if a big concern, is best determined by ordering a sample. Please call with inquiries, as we will be glad to assist you and answer any questions. Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
